A growing, privately owned dental practice in Springfield, Illinois is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. This role offers a consistent PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base, no weekend hours, advanced dental technology, and strong mentorship from experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Perform routine restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in advanced procedures including Invisalign and guided implant surgery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused office environment.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $150,000 guaranteed base salary for the 1st two years.
• $275,000 to $375,000+ 1st year earning potential.
• $20,000 to $30,000 in sign-on, relocation, continuing education bonus.
