Residential Paint Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Lead & Develop Teams : Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence.
Manage Projects : Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Ensure Quality & Safety : Monitor work to meet Dry PaT's standards and enforce safety protocols at all times.
Travel as Needed : Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects.
Oversee Materials & Equipment : Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance.
Promote Compliance : Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Industry Expertise : 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience.
Leadership Experience : 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams.
Communication Skills : Clear, respectful, and confident communicator-written and verbal.
Technical Know-How : Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade.
Organized & Strategic : Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
