We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer and/or Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various concrete finishing techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure high-quality results in concrete projects.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
Operate concrete pumping equipment and perform concrete forming tasks.
Finish surfaces using hand tools, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
Apply caulking and stucco as needed for sealing and aesthetic purposes.
Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with team members to build hardscape features, ensuring structural integrity and design accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Concrete experience preferred but not required
Proficient in concrete pumping techniques and equipment operation.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and machinery.
Experience with drywall installation and finishing is a plus.
Ability to work with hand tools effectively for various finishing tasks.
Familiarity with concrete forming processes and materials.
Knowledge of hardscape installation methods, including pavers and retaining walls.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all tasks performed.
