Job Summary
The Director of Health & Welfare Benefits is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive programs and solutions with the goal of maximizing employee engagement to promote prevention, primary care and effective chronic condition management as an integral part of Versant’s overall health care benefits strategy. Responsibilities include leading the overall clinical engagement strategy for key health care programs to ensure seamless integration with Versant’s advocacy and navigation platform and ensuring future product development is aligned with Versant’s business objectives and workforce needs.
Works cross functionally across Versant Total Rewards strategic wellbeing pillars (physical, emotional and financial) to ensure alignment with Versant’s HR Operating Model and employee journeys. Effectively liaises with outside organizations, including consultants, benefit vendors, and legal counsel.Core Responsibilities
