Duties

• Provide consistent professional facial, waxing and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• Understand all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available, meeting minimum retail sales goals 
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Six months to a year related experience and/or training 
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 
• Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• TN State Esthetician License.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guest.
• Acute ability to identify and address all guest needs.
• Professional and respectful.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
