This is an entry-level opportunity with full, paid training—ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or purpose-driven individuals looking to gain experience in nonprofit advocacy, public engagement , and event-based fundraising .

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Fundraising Associate , you’ll be the face and voice of impactful nonprofit campaigns:

• Represent reputable nonprofit partners at local events, retail venues, and community spaces

• Start conversations, share campaign stories, and encourage public support and donations

• Build awareness by explaining the mission, programs, and impact of each organization

• Maintain accurate tracking of donor information, contributions, and interactions

• Help with event setup, logistics, and promotional materials

• Participate in team meetings, field coaching, and ongoing training

• Collaborate with a motivated, mission-first team to hit fundraising goals and improve outreach

• Passion for nonprofits, social causes , or community impact

• Strong communication and active listening abilities

• Willingness to engage the public in face-to-face conversations

• Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Able to work flexible hours , including some evenings/weekends

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
